This video is based on my favorite poem: Opportunity by Edward R. Sill. I asked my employee, John, to create this video as a test (he’s only done graphic design to this point).

This video illustrates two poweful principles:

1) Stop wasting your time wishing you had better resources, economy, weather, connections and so on. You have all the opportunity you need to succeed. Take your broken sword and win!

2) Don’t be afraid to delegate: others can and often will exceed your expectations. John delivered something far beyond my expectations, making himself even more invaluable to my company.
